York Healthcare is a fully insured full-service Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA) and a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) Fiscal Intermediary agency, licensed with the New York State Department of Health, and accredited by The Joint Commision. We provide quality personalized home care service to the elderly and disabled people throughout the five NYC boroughs as well as Nassau County. Our skilled and compassionate team of professionals offer medical, nursing, therapeutic and social support services tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
Our programs are handled by trained and qualified individuals who are available to you whenever you need their assistance. We also provide multilingual services for patients who speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Creole, and Russian to ensure everyone feels welcomed and receive quality services.
